Contact support
Which rate will apply to my merchant?

Processing rates are individually agreed within the 0.5–2% range. Contact support to confirm the terms for your merchant before going live. The calculator explores examples and does not assign a rate.

Are blockchain network fees included?

No. The processing range and calculator cover payment processing only. Blockchain network fees are separate and can vary by network and transaction. Review the applicable quote when making a withdrawal.

Can I set prices in a fiat currency?

You can price supported invoices and products in fiat currencies. The customer still pays using an available cryptocurrency and network, and settlement remains in crypto. A fiat price does not mean card acceptance or fiat settlement.

How do I start accepting payments?

Create an account, submit a merchant application and confirm your terms. Once your merchant is reviewed and activated, create invoices in the console or integrate the API.

How are withdrawals priced?

Withdrawals use their own quote showing the withdrawal amount, fee and amount to receive before confirmation. The processing calculator on this page does not estimate withdrawal costs.
