Balances and fees
Understand available funds, reservations, and the difference between payment and accounting timestamps.
Available and held funds
The merchant overview shows balances by token. Available funds can be used for an eligible withdrawal. Held funds are reserved for an operation and are not available for another withdrawal at the same time.
An invoice status and its accounting credit can update at different times because confirmation and posting are separate steps. Use the console's payment details and balance history to reconcile an invoice.
Gross, fee, and net
Statistics distinguish the confirmed gross amount, processing fee, and merchant net amount. The merchant's configured payment fee is captured when the invoice is created. Do not infer the fee from a different merchant or hard-code a public percentage into your integration.
Statistics use accounting posting time. A date-filtered statistics total can therefore differ from a list filtered by the original blockchain payment time. Treat token amounts separately; do not add different currencies as though they were the same unit.
Network availability
Payment acceptance and withdrawal availability are separate. A withdrawal method also depends on available funds, network availability, and fee policy. Read withdrawals.
Balances and statistics are available through the console. They are not merchant REST endpoints in this version of the public API.
